The only difference is that the FORT4 T-Harness contains the CAN BUS wires so you would have to connect 2 extra wire with the FORT1.

Thank you. The Fortin website does not have it for sale.

Also, will I be able to use the 3x lock feature on a third key that has already been programmed and functional on the car. This Key was programmed using the 2 originals using the in car Ford procedure.

All vehicle keys that are currently programmed to the car should be functional.
