Chevy Tahoe 2006 evo-one disarming does not perform.

Tahoe 2006. Fortin evo-one disarming does not perform. When the doors are unlocked using the remote control from the RF kit, disarming is not performed. When I open the door, a beep sounds. Is it possible to fix this?

Thanks for any help.

I did it. The result has not changed. As before, disarming is not performed.
Any ideas?
Thanks for any help ..
Hello.
The problem is urgent.
The firmware has been tested, programming also. Disarm is not performed using the remote control from the RF kit (but unlocks all doors).
Maybe this is due to the fact that the car is intended for export to Europe?
Are there alternative disarmament schemes using the RF kit? Can there be a direct connection to one of the BCM connectors for disarming? Other options?
Ready to review and experience everything.
