G37 autolocking on door open

0 votes
I have had this problem for a while with the EVO ALL enabled. If I open the door it will lock it self while open, with or without the key inside or near the car. Possibly an option I need to turn off?

It works fine otherwise, locks after shutdown. I have a toggle switch to turn off the EVO ALL power for when I take the car in for service. When power is removed from the EVO ALL it does not autolock upon door open.

I did not even remote start it, but went outside and opened the door and once I openened it the doors locked.

I have it setup for Standalone.

Any ideas?

Your module is currently set to 4.18 firmware and MUST be updated to the latest recommende version. After flashing, reset the options and reprogram the module to the vehicle
also make sure the purple wire from the EVO 20-pin connector is NOT connected anywhere and properly covered up. If this input sees a ground, the doors will lock.
The last time I updated to the latest version the car would not start with lock 3x so I reverted back. This happens from time to time, not sure the sequence but it is always after a door is open and that when the doors lock.
Any more ideas, this is still an issue. I cannot reproduce it on command, it happens I feel randomly. Please advise. Thank you.

You need to flash to the recommended firmware and reprogram the module to the vehicle AND enable the correct options, looking at your option page, C1 is not even enabled as you can see here : http://fortin.ca/en/support/001a06238478/

You will need to double check all the connections to the vehicle's BCM, specifically the Green, White and Pink/Black connections.

Ok reflash to new update and enable C1, what about D2?
