Evo All solid orange LED, either not receiving DataLink info from Crimestopper SP502, or not passing CAN to vehicle

I've just finished the wiring and programming of both my Fortin Evo All and Crimestopper SP502. I have paired remotes and know that the SP502 is responding because the siren is chirping, but it appears it's not talking to the Fortin Evo All, or if it is, the Fortin is not passing that info along to the vehicle. Doors aren't unlocking, remote start isn't working, parking lights aren't flashing, etc.  I have tried programming the Evo All to all default settings for the most recent/recommended firmware. I've tried turning ON the Fortin/Evo Data Link option. I've tried messing with the different remote starter options, each time I've reinstalled the Fortin back into the vehicle (2008 Dodge Sprinter) I've followed the installation instructions (hold button, plug data link cable, blue led, ignition, blue led flashes, ignition off). After that, each time, when I turn the ignition on, I'm getting a solid orange LED on the Fortin. I've re-checked all the installation instructions, as well as my wiring, which is solid (soldered and covered with 3M 33+ electrical tape). The data link cable from the Fortin Evo All is hooked to the corresponding port on the SP502 for Fortin/Evo data link. Again, the SP502 alarm seems to be working fine, but either it's not able to communicate with the Fortin, or the Fortin isn't able to pass the info along to the CAN bus. What could be going on? Thanks!

ADDITIONAL INFO 9/25/16: I tested the CAN bus on the vehicle to make sure it's operating correctly (or at least the voltages are correct. First of all, the factory key fob still works to lock and unlock the vehicle, which leads me to believe the vehicle CAN bus is fine. The voltages seems to be correct (close enough?) to what is outlined in this article ( http://forums.mercedesclub.org.uk/showthread.php?t=129838 ) for Mercedes 2008 230 CAN voltages, which states

No ignition:
brown/red should be 25mv (measured 42mv)
brown should be 11v (measured 10.8v)

Ignition turned ON (engine not running)
brown/red should be .65v ((measured .75v)
brown should be 4.65v (measured 4.15v)

The only voltage difference that seems questionable is brown/red (CAN high) w/o ignition (measure 42mv instead of 25mv). I've verifieid the wiring is correct accorind to the install guide. The wires ARE NOT reversed and the soldered splice is solid!

Please do a master reset, and flash to 0.68 (Ram Promaster 2015) firmware, it's low on the firmware list. and re-test,

Okay, that got the lock/unlock working, but still no remote start. Just to test, I tried turning ON the (remote start with 3x press of OEM key fob lock"....sure enough, I can hear the EIS switch into the ON position (like it would if I inserted and turned the key) but it doesn't actually start, which is expected, because the command isn't being issued to the crimestopper (the actual remote start unit). Neither 3x lock not 1/2 second trunk pop will yield a remote start. on the crimestopper unit  I have a feeling the Crimestopper may be TRYING to remote start the vehicle, but the Fortin isn't "unlocking" the EIS....I can get the Fortin to "unlock" the EIS with 3x press of the OEM remote, but then the Crimestopper isn't trying to remote start. How do I get both of them to work? Also I need to use the Crimestopper key fobs for everything as the only OEM key fob I have will be used as the sacrificial key. Thanks very much for your help Jesus!
Okay, here was the problem for future readers.

A) The key/ignition wrap needed to be just right.

B) I had to disconnect the blue (fortin) to blue/black (crimestopper) "ground while running wire"....strangly enough, the Evo All doesn't seem to be grounded at all (???)....I hooked the blue wire directly to a known good ground and the blue LED never came on with ignition on, off or at any point....only got an orange LED with ignition on.

Either way, after making these changes, the vehicle now remote starts.

The only small issue I have left is hooking up the parking lights. I connected the fused black/red wire to 12v and the white wire (split off into two diodes) to the vehicles 20 BCM connector on the grey/black and grey/red wire. Strangely, the only lights that come on are the rear driver's side parking light and the rear passenger side brake light.....I'm guessing one of those wires is incorrect. Not a big deal, but I've come this far, and been through a LOOOOOONG install process, I'd at least like to do it properly. Help me do this and I'll leave you guys alone ;) THANKS AGAIN!
The blue (Ground out when running) wire from the Evo-Unit should never be directly connected to ground, this will keep the evo all permanently ON, and cause current drain,

The Evo All gets it's ground from the black wire in the 4 pin black datalink connector.

There are 2 independent parking light wires that need to be connected to, separated by diodes.
So I've pretty much got the Evo and remote start working, but when I open the doors (any door) the interior lights don't turn on. They used to. I really need them to be able to see inside the van at night. Thanks!
