AUDI?S3 2015 PTS

0 votes
I'm a person in a Japanese car shop.
I'm going to install it in "AUDI S3 2015 model  PTS  Right-hand drive (the Japanese specification)" using EVOALL.

All wiring was connected while referring to guide #30001.

Both of HARDWARE VERSION and FIRMWARE VERSION are set as guidance.
Program bypass option "D6" is set.

But PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE  An LED is blue with step 4, and it doesn't flash on and off.
Blue light-emitting diode goes out.
And blue light-emitting diode is always in the state of the lighting up in IGN OFF state.

I'm in trouble. Can't I have some advice?

Everything has an installation experience in VOLKSWAGEN Golf GTI 2015 PTS before, and is successful with no problem on a guide street.
I think there are also no link mistakes of wiring this AUDI S3 from the experience.

I just need to clarify something,

Does the blue LED turn off when IGN is turned ON?

If it does NOT turn OFF and stays lit, please verify connection on yellow wire in 20 pin connector on EVO-ALL

if the blue led does turn off  BUT does not flash, please verify connections to CAN H and CAN L, these wires can be checked by using a multimeter set to DC volts, please verify voltage at each wire with IGN ON, each wire should show around 2,5 volts and both added together should total 5v

If you see almost no voltage on one wire and almost 5 volts on the other, your CAN wires are unbalanced and need to be reset to above specifications with the EVO-ALL unplugged from vehicle.

Once voltages return to normal, proceed with programming.

It was the voltage measurement of the CAN H and CANL.
It had been about 2.5V detection.
5 to the back of the pin connector, also I've checked that 2.5V detection.
CAN H and CAN L replacement also we tried. Master Reset also tried.

But the blue LED does not change does not blink.
if your blue led DOES NOT turn off when you turn on ignition, then you might have an issue with your ignition connection, Yellow wire (A1) on the 20 pin connector.

You NEED 12v on this wire when the ignition key is switched to IGN on the vehicle.

Thank you,
Thank you for advice.
When the ignition ON does not have blue LED lights.
When the ignition OFF is the blue LED lights.

A1 yellow wire has detected 12V. It is connected to the OBD-Ⅱ connector No. 1. Also I am using diode.

CAN H and CAN L replacement also we tried

What exactly do you mean by what you wrote? Have you tried changing the Can wire connections? Can High to Low, and Can Low to High, then try reprogramming.

Thank you,

Words of the translation is not made well, it was I'm sorry.

"Can High to Low, and Can Low to High, then try reprogramming"
I tried.
No programming is complete.
Thank you,
It has a voltage measurement of the CAN Hi and Lo. About was 2.5V measurement.
Still not yet programming is complete.

The "high → be low, in the low-high, you can re-programming trial] the
And tried, it will not be able to complete the program.

However, whether there is a problem with the CAN connection?
Please advice.
